WebEx

General

Medeso is continuously striving for improved support-, training- and information services to its customers. WebEx is an efficient tool to deliver these services over the web in a prompt and cost effective manner. Next to a direct on site visit is WebEx the most efficient tool to deliver the above services.

Why WebEx?

”A picture is worth more than a thousand words”

WebEx makes it possible for Medeso experts to explain,
demonstrate and teach directly on your computer in real time.
It is vastly superior to e.g. telephone or email and sometimes the only
way when traveling is not an option. You are also free at your
discretion to release information to our experts for e. g. trouble shooting and problem solution.

How does it work?

A representative from Medeso starts a WebEx meeting via the internet.
Participants in this meeting have been invited via an email in due time
prior to the WebEx meeting. The email invitation contains a link,
a meeting number and occasionally a password for the meeting.
Once you log into the meeting via the link, necessary software  will
be downloaded automatically the first time you participate in a WebEx meeting.

After that you will transferred to a chat room, whilst the Medeso representative will call the participants via phone, in order to establish an audio connection.Via the chat room the representative has the possibility to share his or hers computer screen on an application level or the entire screen. The representative also has the option to transfer control to one of the participants or a participant transfers control of his /hers screen in order to demonstrate his/her specific questions or problems.

What are the costs involved?

The costs for a WebEx meeting are carried by the host,
In this case Medeso AB.

What are the system requirements?
(Is it Mac compatible?)

People can join from PC, Mac, Linux,
Unix, and Solaris systems. You can also join from an iPhone.
