Sher Stress Transport
(SST) turbulence model
Have you tried the SST turbulence model for CFX? The SST model is
superior to the k-e model in predicting separation and therefore should
be used in models involving sharp corners, steps, wings and diverging
channels. It has the same complexity as the k-e model (2 extra
equations) and is a standard turbulence model in CFX, found in the
domain definition tab.

Custom animations in ANSYS Classic on Windows
ANSYS Classic has some built-in tools for creating certain types of
animations. Sometimes
you might need a customized animation. It is possible to generate an
animation and .avi file
from any arbitrary sequence of static plots. The key is the /SEG
command.
(Note: It does not work in batch mode.) Below is a simple example
illustrating the procedure:
! Begin custom animation example.
! Rotate and zoom in on a volume
plot.
