Structural Nonlinearities with dynamics
This Training Course is recommended for engineers who analyse the
dynamic response of structures.
The course will focus on modal, harmonic and transient dynamic analysis
including time-stepping, solution controls and nonlinear solution
tracking.
Upon completion, analysts should able to:
-
calculate natural frequency and mode shapes of linear elastic structures
(modal analyses)
-
analyze
the response of structures under the action of time-varying loads
(transient analyses, linear and nonlinear effects included)
-
analyze
the response of structures with loads varying sinusoid ally (harmonic
response analyses)
